How to buy tickets on Internet

Tickets for various events can be either booked or directly bought via Internet website 
» www.ticketportal.sk  and at all sale points of Ticketportál network in Slovakia.

How to proceed

1.) Prior to purchase of tickets. You have to become a registered user on website www.ticketportal.sk

• click on title: REGISTER 
• enter your NAME and PASSWORD and confirm password once more. Choose login name  with max. 9 letters evtl. Digits. Use only letters without diacritical marks and digits..
• Click on CONTINUE 
• Enter your SURNAME and NAME in the shown form without title, as well as ADDRESS, CITY, ZIP CODE, PHONE No. Or e-mail CONTACT in order to be able to contact you in case of booking issues or to verify you during tickets handover.
• Following all data entering, you are registered and logged on.

2.) Choose any of our events through EVENT CALENDAR or SEARCHING and click.

3.) Seat booking

• If there are tickets available for chosen event, the gallery map will be displayed and the list of particular sectors with number of free seats in the left column.
• Click on required sector – the gallery will appear. There you can choose and mark exact seats you are interested in. Free seats are marked with white cube where you can click. Mark the chosen seats through clicking on them and they will be highlighted with hook.
• Seats marked by you will be displayed (eventually only number of seats) ready to booking, price per a ticket, total price, method of tickets takeover (in person – payment in cash or sending the tickets as „cash on delivery“ ) and the date of tickets takeover at the TICKETPORTAL sale points (in case of cash payment). Confirm the booking once more via click on BOOK mark. The booking is now completed. 
• TICKETPORTAL sale points. The booking is only completed and valid upon allocated booking number.  You will receive an e-mail containing the booking number and list of TICKETPORTAL sale points where you can take over your tickets
